Feladatok: The Role This is a key position in a small but growing organization, offering broad responsibility and strong development opportunities. You will act as the glue to management and a hands-on doer, managing the company's financial processes while ensuring compliance with Hungarian and international regulations. You will report directly to the CFO of MS Wincon Group. Your Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Manage bookkeeping and monthly financial closing Oversee accounting and payroll systems in line with group standards Create and issue customer invoices Manage salary payments and supplier payments Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations Support financial calculations for new business opportunities Organizational & Administrative Support Provide strategic and financial advice to management Ensure effective internal communication and information flow Maintain internal databases and contact lists Represent the employer toward employees and suppliers within your scope Elvárások: The Role This is a key position in a small but growing organization, offering broad responsibility and strong development opportunities.
