Feladatok: Lead and continuously develop plastics injection moulding production and related technical and technological activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations in line with customer requirements, quality standards, delivery commitments and budget targets.Optimize production processes, equipment performance, capacity utilization and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external requirementsAct as Deputy Plant Director, supporting the overall management of the plant and assuming the Plant Director's responsibilities during their absence or when delegated, within the applicable authorization frameworkEnsure production targets for quality, delivery, productivity and cost efficiencyDrive injection moulding process optimization, including machine settings, cycle times, scrap reduction and process stabilityTroubleshoot complex technological issues and ensure robust, repeatable manufacturing processesSupport new product, mould and process launches into serial productionDrive continuous improvement and cost reduction in cooperation with Quality, Maintenance and other departmentsManage budgets, monitor KPIs and optimize capacity utilizationTermelésirányítás; Gyártás, Termelés vezető
