Global Trade Account Supervisor - Overnight Shift

Feladatok: Primary RoleWork closely with the Director of Hungary Operations to oversee business related activities while ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with account team as an extension of our clients' trade compliance organization to ensure the work is done per our clients' established policies and procedures. Primary Job ResponsibilitiesThis is a night shift position, working between 9:00 pm - 5:30 am CETResponsible for customer-related activities and ensuring client satisfaction.Ensure the account team is delivering to the agreed upon service level and ensure client satisfaction.Must organize, prioritize, and manage work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements, independent of supervision.Responsible for immediately reporting any account concerns and issues.Must communicate professionally, clearly, concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing.Must adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and managing workload.Must be qualified to perform all day-to-day account activities independent of supervision.Participate in recruiting, hiring, firing, and mentoring of account team members.Responsible for on-boarding and training of team members.Ensure the optimal and efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.Responsible for auditing account team's work and ensuring proper quality controls are in place and followed.Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.Identify new opportunities to provide value to clients.Create and publish monthly/weekly transaction volume reports and all other reports required by client or Vigilant.Responsible for communicating and upholding all client and Vigilant policy and procedures.May be responsible for activities related to multiple clients.Ügyféltámogatás, Adminisztráció; Csoportvezető
