French Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll provide frontline support in FRENCH via phone, chat, and email. You will also need ENGLISH knowledge. Responsibilities include assisting with product info, processing orders, resolving complaints, retaining customers, and troubleshooting issues.
