On a daily basis: Efficient Order Processing: Own the timely, accurate entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and expectationsCollaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, to resolve non-standard orders and handle issues like margin blocks, credit breaches, or export controlsLead with Accuracy: Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processingDrive Satisfaction: Handle returns, process credits, and resolve any order or invoice queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring a right-first-time approach Stay Ahead: Continuously update your systems knowledge, ensuring you stay on top of any changes and new tools to improve order managementCustomer Success Champion: Regularly collaborating with internal teams to obtain information related to sales order processing Create Value: Select the appropriate delivery service, configuration, and other value-added services as required by the customer.Értékesítés támogatás
