Supports Plant Manager and local leadership in leading the business and acting as a Business Partner Manage a team of 3 specialists, growing them and delegating duties and responsibilities, creating a strong Finance & Accounting department Audit - annual financial statements preparation, manage audit process, report to group for consolidation purposes (HU Gaap, IFRS & US GAAP).
