Feladatok: Coordinating and analyzing compliance with legal requirements as well as company's standards related to safety, occupational health, environment, and property (EHS).Supporting the implementation, maintenance, communication, and compliance of the EHS management system.Identifying key EHS compliance gaps at premix sites and coordinating actions to close them in line with agreed objectives and timelines.Coordinating management of change processes in the plant related to EHS.Monitoring and evaluating risks and taking appropriate actions to eliminate or minimize them.Investigating and reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses.Coordinating emergency response planning and continuously improving the plant's fire protection system.Ensuring that the facility is operated in a technically sound, safe, and environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with DSM requirements and relevant best practices.Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.Cooperating with external authorities (e.g. police, security organizations) in case of security incidents.Holding internal trainings for contractors and local team (based on training matrix)Reporting obligations in line with the requirements of local and regional management.Monitoring EHS KPIs and ensuring compliance with defined EHS targets and requirements.Munka-, Egészségvédelem, Biztonságtechnika
