Feladatok: About the job Are you a recent Finance graduate looking to start your career in a global company? As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work with financial and legal documentation related to Structured Notes issued by companies across EMEA and North America. You will review and analyze Term Sheets, Final Terms, Prospectuses, Pricing Supplements and other supporting documentation, identify key features and structure types, and accurately maintain the client's database using a client-provided platform. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build their understanding of financial markets and structured notes, develop strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, and gain hands-on experience working with complex financial products. What You Will Do: Data Extraction and Analysis:Extract and analyze information from financial and legal documentation related to Structure notes (STN).Ensure all bond data is accurately available in the system.Update and classify Structured Notes according to client's classification system and applicable SOPs.Research and analyze the underlying assets and key features of Structured Notes.Publish newly created bonds within the required SLA using a client-provided platform. Legal Documentation and Compliance:Review legal and financial documentation to identify the information required for Structured Notes setup and maintenance.Ensure that all required information is supported by the latest available documentation. Market Updates and Database Maintenance:Set up newly issued Structured Notes and update the client's database based on final documentation and provided metrics.Review and validate data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of complex financial products.Accurately track all activities using the relevant tools provided.
