Responsibilities:
Consult existing users about the capabilities of Altegio cloud-based business process automation platform for service companies using the communication tools provided by the Employer, such as phone/meets/viber/zoom/email and others;
Maintain the internal CRM system, carefully filling in customer data;
Support users who have purchased the Altegio CRM system at the stage of configuration and integration into the user's workflow;
Provide consultations to users on the use of the Altegio CRM system;
Identify, study and create effective actions to avoid user complaints in the future;
Support customer for the effective transition and onboarding to our CRM system;
Presentation our CRM system modules during initial training and further consultations;
