Feladatok: - Own the overall CRM, lifecycle, database, and loyalty strategy- Lead the launch and day-to-day management of the loyalty program- Grow and maintain a clean, accurate, compliant customer database- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding → retention → reactivation)- Build quarterly/annual CRM and loyalty plans with clear KPIs- Drive data capture, opt-ins, preferences, and enrichment- Ensure deliverability, consent, and GDPR compliance across CRM channels- Plan and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns and automations- Track performance, report insights, and continuously optimize results- Manage CRM tools and work with Marketing, Product, Data, IT, and Legal to activate customer dataProjektmenedzsment
