Feladatok: Track, analyze, and report food & beverage (F&B) and overall operational costsAudit purchasing, storage, and inventory processes from a cost-control perspectiveMaintain up-to-date recipe costing and portion cost calculationsPrepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses, and share findings with relevant departmentsConduct supplier price comparisons and monitor contract complianceImplement internal control procedures and support waste/loss prevention effortsWork closely with the Director of Finance and department headsEnsure reporting and process discipline in line with Marriott / The Luxury Collection brand standardsKontrolling
