Feladatok: Lead and support logistics sales and customer communication for the Chinese market, including coordinating inquiries, managing customer requirements, and facilitating smooth operational workflows.- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.- Oversee warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.- Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and promptly report discrepancies.- Implement and monitor FIFO and other operational procedures to ensure efficient warehouse flow.- Assist the Warehouse Manager in operational planning, process optimization, and creating operational reports.- Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper and effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).- Support communication with clients (including Chinese customers) regarding shipments, documentation, and operational issues when needed.- Cooperate closely with the logistics and sales team to align warehouse capabilities with customer requirements in the Chinese market.
