Feladatok: Your MissionYou will assume operational responsibility for the next crucial growth phase of our company.Your central objective is to evolve our organization—historically strongly focused on B2C direct sales—into a modern, high-performing multi-channel business.In doing so, you will establish E-Commerce and B2B as independent, scalable, and economically significant sales channels.You will not only be responsible for conceptualizing this transformation, but above all for its focused execution. A decisive factor in your success will be your ability to guide the organization through this change process.  Your Key Responsibilities Business Model TransformationTogether with executive management and company owners, you will develop the future operational and commercial structure for B2B and E-Commerce, implementing it systematically and purposefully while focusing on maximum efficiency.You will transition the company from a primary direct-sales-oriented B2C organization to an integrated multi-channel model comprising B2C direct sales, E-Commerce, and B2B together with the managing director. Building E-Commerce and B2B You will hold overall operational responsibility for the profitable setup and scaling of the two new sales pillars. This includes:Developing suitable Go-To-Market structures and strategies.Building the necessary teams and competencies.Defining clear responsibilities and efficient processes.Developing appropriate management models, KPIs, and associated controlling structures.Integrating marketing, sales, operations, and customer service seamlessly.Creating the organizational and technical prerequisites for scalable growth.Managing the financial performance and development of the new sales channels.Establishing an adequate, performance-driven corporate culture. Change Management & LeadershipThe transformation of our business model represents an organizational and cultural change.
