Feladatok: Key Responsibilities1. Full-cycle APQP Project ManagementExecute complete APQP quality planning for new projects, including project quality plan, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan, inspection standard and work instruction development. 2. Customer Standard Compliance & Document SubmissionFully comply with IATF16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 and OEM specific requirements. Prepare and submit official PPAP packages, dimensional reports, material certificates, reliability test reports, and product traceability documents. 3. Prototype & Pre-production Quality ControlResponsible for sample inspection, full dimensional verification, and MSA/GR&R study for measuring systems. Control and improve typical defects for injection molding and welding parts, such as weld line, temperature line, gap & flush, solder defect, assembly fluctuation and cosmetic issues. 4. Process Risk Assessment & PreventionOrganize cross-functional FMEA review for product design and manufacturing process. Identify risks related to mold, sequential valve gate, welding fixture and equipment variation. 5. Pilot Run & SOP Release SupportMonitor trial production performance, record process non-conformances, organize 8D root-cause analysis and corrective action closure. Optimize process consistency and equipment stability to meet customer SOP release requirements.6. Supplier Pre-Quality ManagementParticipate in new supplier audit and evaluation. Define supplier quality requirements for new projects, review supplier PPAP documents and sample quality, and track early-stage supplier quality issues.7. Engineering Change & Document ManagementEvaluate quality impact of ECN/engineering changes. Maintain standardized quality documents, including drawing specifications, inspection files, test data and process quality records.8. Customer Audit & Quality SupportSupport customer VDA process audit, OEM new project audit and onsite quality review.
