Feladatok: Performing the company's accounting activities.Record and reconcile revenues and expenses related to real estate utilization, development, and sales activities.Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; compile financial reports and general ledger extracts.Actively contribute to the preparation of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement; support the compilation of the annual financial statements.Liaise with the tax authority (NAV), auditors, and other authorities.Prepare and support the submission of VAT returns and other tax declarations.Maintain accounting records of fixed assets and investments, including analytical registers.Manage and reconcile records of receivables and liabilities.Participate in the development, improvement, and optimization of internal financial and accounting processes.Cooperate with project management and sales teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects and transactions.Provide professional support and guidance to junior accountants; review their work and contribute to knowledge sharing.
